Returns & exchanges
Ready-to-wear can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Request a return from your account within 7 days of delivery.
- Pieces must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached.
- Choose a refund to your original payment, store credit, or an exchange for another size.
- We arrange pickup in India. International returns are shipped back by you.
- Refunds reach your account 5–7 working days after the piece passes our quality check.
Made-to-measure and bespoke
Pieces made to your measurements can’t be returned. If the fit is off, we’ll alter it free within 14 days of delivery.
Cancellations
You can cancel a ready-to-wear order any time before it ships for a full refund. Made-to-measure orders can be cancelled within 24 hours, before cutting begins.
