What’s the difference between pret, couture and bespoke?
Pret is ready to wear in sizes XS–XXL and ships in 2–4 days. Couture is our design, stitched to your measurements in 14–28 days. Bespoke is designed from scratch with you over a video call.
Can any piece be stitched to my measurements?
Yes. On ready-to-wear, tick “Stitch to my measurements” on the product page — it’s free and adds about 5 days.
Do I need an account?
No passwords, ever. We confirm your mobile number with a one-time code at checkout, and that number is your account.
Payment
How can I pay?
UPI, credit and debit cards (including international cards), net banking, wallets and no-cost EMI through Razorpay. Cash on delivery is available on ready-to-wear in India up to ₹25,000.
Can I pay part now for made-to-measure?
Yes — pay 50% when you order and the rest by a payment link before your piece ships.
Prices show in my currency. What will I be charged?
Converted prices are approximate. You are always charged in Indian rupees; your bank converts at its own rate.
Shipping
Do you ship outside India?
Yes, to 40+ countries with tracking. Import duties and taxes are paid by you on delivery (DDU) unless we say otherwise.
How do I track my order?
We send tracking on WhatsApp the day it ships. You can also track any order with your order number and phone at Track my order.
