What we collect, why, and how you stay in control. Written to follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Your mobile number (this is your account), and your name and email if you share them.
- Delivery addresses and, for made-to-measure orders, your body measurements.
- Order and payment status. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay — we never see or store them.
- Basic device and usage data, and analytics cookies only if you accept them.
Why we use it
To make and deliver your order, send order updates, give support and keep accounts secure. Marketing on WhatsApp, SMS or email happens only if you opt in, and you can opt out any time in your account.
Your rights
You can see, correct or delete your data from your account, or ask us at hello@doveycouture.com. We keep invoices for as long as tax law requires, with your personal details removed after deletion.
